President Donald Trump’s announcement of the Stargate Project on his second day in office – a $500 billion joint venture with Open AI, SoftBank, and Oracle to construct AI data centers across the U.S. – set off alarm bells. My spidey sense went haywire. Touted as “the largest AI infrastructure project in history,” it relied on emergency declarations to fast-track development. I explored the risks of this unchecked expansion of digital surveillance in two articles – Dining with the Devils and The Digital Noose highlighting how these energy and water intensive AI data centers collect and store comprehensive data on every U.S. citizen from cradle to grave that can be linked to AI data centers around the world in the future.
President Donald Trump’s state visit to the UK on September 18, 2025, set off alarm bells again as he and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer signed the Technology Prosperity Deal (TPD), a landmark U.S.-UK agreement to advance AI and digital initiatives. Valued at over $200 billion in U.S. investments, including $42 billion in tech alone, the deal was shaped by U.S. tech leaders from Nvidia, Microsoft and others during bilateral talks and a business roundtable. Hailed as the largest commercial package secured during a state visit, it streamlines AI standards, biotechnology research and nuclear licensing.
The key Technocrat players who attended the UK event and their roles were:
- Jensen Huang (NVIDIA): Pledged $13B for AI supercomputers.
- Sam Altman (OpenAI): Committed $6.5B for AI in public services.
- Satya Nadella (Microsoft): Invested $29B for data centers.
- Tim Cook (Apple): Allocated $4B for chip design.
- Marc Benioff (Salesforce): Dedicated $2.6B for cloud systems.
- Stephen Schwarzman (Blackstone): Contributed $118B for tech startups.
Just one week later, on September 26, Starmer announced the Brit Card, a mandatory digital ID app for work. The Brits were told that they would not be able to get a job without the card. Many UK citizens believed that U.S. technocrats are now enabling an even farther-reaching surveillance system than they already had (which was already bad). The British government gave the same reason that we were given here in the United States for AI data centers and Digital ID cards by arguing that this technology will help round up and reduce illegal immigrants.[1]
NVIDIA, Open AI and Microsoft pledged billions for data centers and AI infrastructure in the UK. Some fear that the TPD might tie the UK too closely to U.S. technology and the systems could merge at some point. There’s also growing concern that these interconnected systems could link up with facilities worldwide, forming a massive global database.
As of October 2025, a UK Parliament petition against the introduction of a digital ID has been signed by over 2.8 million people. But even if the petition works and PM Starmer’s digital ID for work is defeated there will be no reason to celebrate. According to Whitney Webb and UK investigative reporter and blogger Lain Davis it could be one big psyop because: “The UK government already has a SDG 16.9 (Sustainable Development Goal) compatible biometric digital ID platform called One Login. It is part of the Government Digital Service (GDS) and provides users with access to government services via their GOV.UK digital wallets.”[2][3]
So, in essence, the UK really did not need this new digital ID card that Starmer introduced. Others say that Starmer was distracting the citizens from President Trump’s technocrats who are now using their billions and technology to control and enhance Britain’s surveillance state even further.
Before we think that we are safe because we live in the United States, think again. President Trump’s “Making Health Technology Great Again” (July 23, 2025) instigated womb to tomb tracking of every citizen which is transferable across the nation and into the massive AI Data Centers. This technology is compatible with the technology being used around the world to collect data on their citizens. Many U.S. states already have biometric driver licenses. When we moved to Florida we were not informed of their biometric program and subsequently received a “real ID” driver’s license. The latest computers and smart phones have secret cameras behind the screen which are able to surreptitiously scan your face biometrically. All new cars are equipped with sophisticated tracking devices and cameras which continually collect and relay information to data centers [4] [5] Cameras on streetlamps and intersections are taking pictures of all our movements whenever and wherever we go. According to a Health Impact News article:
You Are Being Watched! More Security Cameras Per Capita in the U.S. than in China: Silicon Valley Whistleblower
Americans today seem to be mostly oblivious and unconcerned that they are being watched, listened to, and recorded every day by the Big Tech Globalists[6].

Where will all this data that is being collected on us be stored? President Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill (BBB) accelerated the building of more AI data centers for this purpose. We currently have 4072 data centers listed, from 51 states in the USA. Here is a link to the AI data centers already up and running: https://www.datacentermap.com/usa/
Another one of President Trump’s Tech Dream Team advisors, Larry Ellison, owner of Oracle, CBS, CNN and soon, TikTok, has expressed publicly his desire for data centralization and total surveillance. “Citizens will be on their best behavior because we’re constantly watching & recording everything that’s going on.” [7][8] Ellison’s statement alone should raise your hackles.
Edward Snowden warned that unchecked data collection, like in the UK, risks creating a “turnkey tyranny” where governments and tech firms, such as NVIDIA, OpenAI, and Microsoft (who pledged billions for UK AI and data centers via the TPD) amass personal details into global databases.
Peter Thiel’s Palantir Technologies has already built data-gathering tools for governments across countries like the:
- U.S. (via NSA and ICE for immigration tracking),
- Denmark (predictive policing and military integration),
- Norway (police analytics),
- Greece (pandemic data during COVID),
- Germany (Hesse state’s crime prediction),
- Israel (AI for Gaza operations),
These data gathering programs often gather biometrics, travel records and personal details from shared intelligence networks. Critics fear the UK could plug right into this web – handing over citizen data to U.S. firms like Palantir, which is pursuing Britain’s NHS and government contracts.
Palantir isn’t the only player – firms like IDEMIA in France, NEC in Japan, and UIDAI in India are also developing these systems – but together, their interconnected data centers and AI tools could weave a single worldwide digital noose.
Around the globe, numerous countries have rolled out mandatory or optional digital ID systems to track and verify citizens’ identities, often tying them to services like work, banking and travel. It seemed like every country I researched had already implemented some form of digital ID and most of them were biometric. Listed below are a few of the many countries who have implemented Digital ID’s:
- India’s Aadhaar biometric digital ID is mandatory for most government benefits and financial access.[9]
- Israel’s biometric digital ID card.[10]
- Estonia’s biometric e-ID,[11]
- Vietnam’s biometric VNeID. [12]
- New Zealand’s biometric digital ID. [13]
- Ethiopia’s biometric digital ID[14] [15]
- Columbia’s biometric digital ID [16]
- South Korea’s biometric digital ID[17]
- Australia’s biometric myGovID [18]
- Denmark’s biometric MitID app [19]
- UAE’s biometric digital ID[20]
- Brazil’s biometric digital ID[21]
- Switzerland’s voluntary electronic IDs approved in 2025.[22]
Digital IDs and large-scale AI data centers are critical for implementing digital currencies like CBDCs or Stablecoins. Without robust data infrastructure and seamless data transfer, the globalist “beast system” cannot function. Both CBDCs and Stablecoins are trackable cryptocurrencies and rely on data centers to verify digital identities to ensure that they are valid and not stolen.
The digital infrastructure is rapidly expanding. The next and final phase of their plan may involve a major black swan event designed to collapse the economy, paving the way for a digital currency system. Once all elements are aligned, this setup eerily echoes Revelation 13:17, where no one can buy or sell without the mark of the beast – possibly a digital ID.
Unless some big uprising happens to stop this globalist agenda “The handwriting is on the wall” as written in Daniel chapter 5.
